Where and how we ship
FastBatts currently ships only to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. We do not offer checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or military addresses. Ground, Second Day, and Next Day options may appear for eligible addresses. The available service for a particular battery still depends on its packaging, supplier, and carrier restrictions.
Carrier selection may vary by product, supplier, package, and destination. Service names describe the transportation level after a package is handed to the carrier; they do not eliminate order processing time.
Rates, processing, and delivery estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated from the listed product weights and selected service, and are shown before you place the order. The supplier confirms the final package and carrier before shipment.
- Taxes, handling required by law or carrier rules, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout where applicable.
- Processing time depends on payment review, stock confirmation, supplier availability, and battery handling requirements.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and regulated-goods reviews can cause delay.
If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, or within 30 days when no shipping time was stated, we will give you the choice to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund, as required by law.
Split shipments and tracking
Items may ship separately from different warehouses or suppliers. You will not be charged more than the shipping amount accepted at checkout unless you approve a change. Tracking is provided when available after each shipment is released to a carrier. A tracking label may be created before the carrier scans the package.
Address and battery restrictions
You are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address and for reviewing the order confirmation. Contact us promptly if a change is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Carrier, legal, safety, and supplier restrictions may prevent shipment of certain chemistries or sizes by air, to P.O. boxes, military addresses, territories, remote areas, freight forwarders, or locations outside the United States. If we cannot lawfully or safely ship an item, we will contact you and cancel or adjust the affected item rather than substitute a service without notice.
Delivery problems and shipment damage
Inspect the package promptly and keep the carton, labels, packing material, and product. If an item is missing, damaged, leaking, swollen, hot, or otherwise unsafe, do not install, charge, or use it. Move away from ignition sources if safe to do so, follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions, and contact us immediately with the order number and clear photos.
