Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate, current information and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at a scale that harms the service, violate law, or use products for an unlawful purpose.
Product information and fit
We work to present accurate descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and compatibility information. Catalog data can contain errors or manufacturer changes, and colors or packaging may vary. References to equipment or part numbers are for identification and do not necessarily imply endorsement by the original manufacturer.
You are responsible for confirming product fit and safe use. Contact us before ordering if any required specification is unclear. Never install or use a product with incompatible chemistry, voltage, polarity, terminal layout, size, charging profile, or manufacturer requirements.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is submitted. Shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges are added at checkout. You authorize our payment provider to charge the amount shown when you place the order. We may correct an obvious pricing or catalog error before shipment and will offer the choice to accept the correction or cancel the affected item.
Order acceptance and cancellation
An order confirmation means we received your request; it does not mean the order has shipped or must be accepted. We may verify payment, address, inventory, supplier availability, quantity, intended use, and shipping eligibility. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for suspected fraud, error, unavailability, safety, legal, carrier, or supplier restrictions. If we cancel a paid item, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Contact us promptly to request a customer cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after payment processing, supplier release, or shipment. An order already in fulfillment may need to follow the Returns Policy.
Shipping, returns, and warranties
Our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Warranty Policy are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s proof of delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content and third parties
The site, brand, design, text, software, and original content are owned by FastBatts, its operator, or licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site only for personal or legitimate business purchasing. Product brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party links, services, payment providers, manufacturers, suppliers, and carriers are governed by their own terms. FastBatts is not responsible for an unrelated third party’s site or independent acts, except where the law provides otherwise.
Disclaimers and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. FastBatts does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all catalog content is error-free. Product warranties are described in the Warranty Policy and applicable product-specific written warranty. We do not exclude or limit implied warranties or remedies where doing so is prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastBatts and 3rd Rock Ventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from site use or a product. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including certain personal-injury, fraud, or statutory claims.
Governing law and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the business or applicable assets.
